Some commonly asked questions about our service:

1. I think I’m in negative equity can you guarantee me an offer?
Simple answer is yes. We will guarantee you an offer. However in some circumstances our offer might not be sufficient to cover the mortgage. If this is the case, we will endeavour to guide you to your best possible solution.
2. I am currently trying to sell through an estate agent. Is this problem?
Your estate agent will always be unhappy to lose your business, as they lose their sometimes substantial fee. We will always advise against losing fees unnecessarily but can very quickly work out your most financially viable solution.
3. I’m being repossessed. Can I still sell get an offer on my house?
A resounding Yes! We suggest you explore all avenues before a repossession happens. It is the worst possible scenario to lose your house back to the bank. There is a good chance we can make you a suitable offer and the appointed solicitors can move quickly to prevent the repossession.
5. It sounds to good to be true – Can I really sell my house with no expenses or hidden costs?
That is correct, there are absolutely no costs if you sell your property through us. We are not an estate agency, we do not charge for advertising as we have investors ready to go on any type of property. Remember, your solicitor’s costs will be covered on completion, so you will genuinely sell your house with no charges, expenses or hidden costs.
6. I’ve recently inherited a house and can’t afford to renovate it. I didn’t realise how much it would cost to keep an empty house. Can you help?
Yes, this is a fairly common situation. People inherit a property and simply can’t afford to renovate it or the costs associated with keeping it. Often in a state of disrepair and unappealing on the open market these houses can be problematic to sell, while the costs keep mounting. We will look at the whole situation and work out your best course of action.
7. I was renovating a house and have run out of money, I can’t afford to finish it and now apparently because it has no bathroom or kitchen cannot be mortgaged, can I still sell it?
Absolutely, yes. In this case, as cash buyers, we don’t have to worry about it the viability of a mortgage, but will still give a fair price.
